Pre-registering for this course notifies work2future that you intend to take this course if it is offered. Courses will be offered provided a sufficient number of currently enrolled customers have pre-registered their interest. Final registration for courses will be conducted through a work2future training specialist.

Course Description:  The Project Management Certificate helps students to successfully organize, implement, and complete a project.  Students will learn how to plan effective and efficient timelines, set realistic budgets and forecasts, negotiate with suppliers and customers, lead cohesive teams, and utilize project management software. Project Management Certificate requires instruction in Introduction to Project Management, Negotiations Principals & Techniques, Introduction to Quality Management, Excelling with Excel, and Organizational Behavior.

Students completing coursework with a grade of C or better will receive a Certificate of Achievement in Project Management from West Valley College.
